Rekky is operated by Sahil Verma. These terms apply to the app and its accompanying website. Contact support@rekky.ai for questions or appeals.
Your account and contributions
Use an account you control and meet the age and consent requirements applicable where you live. You remain responsible for what you contribute and whom you connect with. You retain rights to your original content and permit Rekky to store, process and display it as needed to provide the service, following your visibility settings and our privacy policy.
Completed items default to Friends. Accepted reciprocal friends can read them, including earlier items, unless you choose Only me or remove access. Original notes on new completed recordings follow their recommendations’ visibility. A private, removed or unfinished recommendation keeps the whole recording’s note private. Earlier notes stay private. Only attach another person's contact with their permission or when it is a public business contact.
Keep it useful and safe
Follow our community rules. Do not fabricate endorsements, impersonate people, spam, harass, share private information without permission or facilitate illegal transactions or serious harm. Honest criticism and safety warnings are welcome. Reports do not automatically penalize someone; the operator may restrict sharing or suspend accounts for violations. Contact support to contest a decision.
AI, limits and beta availability
Rekky uses AI to transcribe, organize, research and answer. It can mishear names, choose incorrect destinations or return incomplete information. You can correct your saved recommendations. Verify important facts and contact details before acting. Recommendations are personal experiences, not professional medical, legal or financial advice, and Rekky does not guarantee a third party's quality, availability or conduct.
The beta is provided without a promised service level. Processing is subject to account and shared provider allowances, connectivity and third-party availability. We may adjust limits and features as we learn, without promising unlimited use. No subscription or payment is collected by this beta app.
Maps services
Features that use Google Maps Platform are also subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Leaving Rekky
You can withdraw future AI processing in Settings, change individual visibility, block members and delete your account. Withdrawal preserves existing saved knowledge and sources unless you separately delete them. Server acknowledgement determines completion; another person's previously received copies cannot be remotely erased. Retention exceptions are explained in the privacy policy.

Your rights
Nothing here removes rights or remedies that applicable law requires. These terms do not promise the absence of errors or uninterrupted access. Material changes will be communicated in the app or through an updated notice, with renewed agreement where required.
